I assist Partner and Financial Advisor, Ben Shaw, with supporting clients on their journey toward achieving their financial goals and creating the retirement lifestyle they have always envisioned. I believe that sound financial advice is most effective when paired with exceptional service, clear communication, and genuine care.

I enjoy being part of the process that helps clients feel confident, organised, and empowered—whether that is assisting with the day‑to‑day administration of their strategies, guiding them through key milestones, or ensuring their plans stay aligned with their evolving needs. My focus is to make the experience seamless, personal, and reassuring at every step.

My Experience & Qualifications

• 35 years of administrative experience in various sectors including legal, health and 15 years working in the not-for-profit community sector (including management).
• Certificate IV in Business (Administration).

Personal

I am privileged to live and work in the beautiful Blue Mountains in New South Wales which allows me to immerse myself in spectacular natural surroundings on a regular basis. I enjoy bushwalking, gardening, photography, pottery, attending trivia evenings, drawing, arts and craft, digital design and most importantly, spending time with my family, pets and friends.
